I have been an employee at your company/organization from (Date) to (Date) and now I had to resign because I am going to settle Mumbai with my family next month. I have had a great experience at your company/organization and I got to learn a lot from this experience. Your company/organization will always be in my good books. I am writing this letter in order to receive my full and final payment which had to be given to me last week but I did not receive my payments.

I have fulfilled all the requirements necessary for the resignation process but still I did not get full and final settlement of payment which includes my Salary, Provident fund, Medical Insurance, Gratuity, and other dues. I am well aware of all the company policies and regulations and I have not gone against any of them. I request you to pay all the dues to me and I assure you that I will not claim anything in future once my payments are received.

Moreover, I also assure you that I will stand by all the conditions and rules and regulations set by your company/organization and after getting my payments I will not be claiming anything.

Please click on the EPFO and click the Download option on Form 10C and Form 19. Take the print out. Fill it up as per the instruction available in the same. and Submit the same to your ex office.

Provident fund pf request letter

Dear sir,

Subject: Request for provident fund information

This letter is in regards to my provident fund account with the account number NL 567 765. I would request to provide me information regarding the total amount accumulated in my provident fund account.

I used to work for South Europe Banking Services where I have worked for tenure of three years. The amount deducted every month for provident fund was twenty pounds. I am currently working with Asian Financial Services since last one year. I have merged my current provident fund account with the old account and this is the reason for not withdrawing accumulated amount from my old provident fund account. My current monthly contribution towards the provident fund account is twenty five pounds. I believe that certain interest amount has been added on to the total amount. I would like to know the current amount along with the interest. I would also like to know whether it would be possible for me to withdraw from my provident fund account.

I am enclosing my salary certificate as evidence.
